How do you ensure the freshness of your cashews?
We source our cashews directly from sustainable farms and process them in small batches. Each bag is nitrogen-flushed and vacuum-sealed to preserve natural oils and crunchiness until it reaches your doorstep.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Unopened bags stay fresh for up to 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, we recommend consuming them within 4 weeks or storing them in an airtight container in the refrigerator to maintain peak flavor.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer global shipping in the near future.
Are your cashews processed in a peanut-free facility?
While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, our facility does process other tree nuts. Please check the specific allergen warnings on each product page for detailed information.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food products. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow your cashews' journey to your home.
